INTRODUCTION

Choosing a single title to encompass subjects as diverse as architecture, literature and visual art is not easy. However, faced with the necessity of finding a title, this was the best we could come up with. It is likely that this grouping will fragment with time as new discussion themes are adopted, and the opportunity for new groupings arises. Until then, please bear with this idiosyncrasy.
